Five little pumpkins
sitting on a gate
the first one said
Oh my its getting late!
The second one said
There are witches in the air!
The third one said
But we don't care!
The fourth one said
Let's run and run and run!
The fifth one said
I'm ready for some fun!
Woooooooooo went the wind
and OUT went the lights
and the five little pumpkins rolled out of sight.
We love that Halloween poem, and it served for inspiration for this week's Muffin Tin Monday:
Five cheesy quesadilla pumpkins, sitting on sugar snap pea gates, with a side of corn and a witch's cauldron of tomatillo salsa for dipping. :-)
