Vegetarian Lasagna on Muffin Tin Monday

It's Muffin Tin Monday today, so you knew there would be garden veggies around, right?  I don't like to disappoint!
Pierce had roasted turnips, homemade cheesy breadsticks, and lasagna made from layers of sliced zucchini, spinach, tomato sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese.  It was a little watery, but it tasted very good!

Have you checked out my giveaway yet to win some Toddler Toes from Loveable Labels?  You can find it HERE.

  8. Hi Lisa, Your veggie lasagna looks delicious and so does your cheesy breadsticks... My mom used to make turnips --and that's one of the few veggies I never cared much for... But--yours looks GOOD.

    Have a wonderful day.

I'm on a diet and those bear muffin cups look like chocolate. If I had one right now, I'd prolly try to eat it.

  23. Those are cute bear containers! Makes me want some chocolate! lol I couldn't wait for the squash and zucchini and now I'm sick of it and haven't really ate that much of it. Had zucchini on the grill and could just eat one piece. No one else would even eat it! lol
