Welcome Autumn - Muffin Tin Monday

With Fall officially launching last week I decided to break out a few spooky items for Muffin Tin Monday.  I found a jello mold of Halloween shapes at a thrift store, and this is the first time I've used it.
Pierce had garlic shrimp (shrimp is still a favorite food of his), grapes, green beans, and cheesy hash brown casserole (which is total comfort food and perfect for Fall!).  He ate all but a few bites of his hash brown casserole, and he also finished Cort's shrimp (and then Cort finished Pierce's casserole - so it worked out as an even trade).

  5. Hi There, I'm back after a few weeks off from blogging. Hope you are doing okay. I have missed all of my blogging friends --but needed that break!

Don't know exactly where you live --but we may have gotten sorta close to you... Had a great time...

Hope you all are doing well... Love your creativity with the Muffin Tin Monday.

    Hugs,
    Betsy

  8. Any blog with pictures of Bears and a muffin tin has got to be a great place. For this Bear.
Don't mind me; I'll just have an ursine look around.
    Something smells good!

  12. Such a great looking lunch! I could go for some hashbrown casserole right now.

That's funny! I found a fruit jello mold at a thrift store 2 weeks ago. I couldn't resist because I think it was only a quarter!

That is one thing I've never cooked and that is shrimp. I've bought the breaded shrimp in a box and baked that. The garlic shrimp looks better.

  13. For some reason it surprises me that Pierce likes shrimp. I don't remember liking seafood when I was young. I am ready for fall to hit us, 108 by the end of this week!
