Once a week or so I go to the boys' preschool to take pictures of the different classes. It's fun to capture the kids as they play and learn. I have learned almost every child's name and really enjoy chatting with them as I hang out in their classroom. I edit the pictures and upload them to the preschool's facebook page, and the parents enjoy getting to see their children in action. I get a kick out of reading their comments.
Last week, I caught Cort playing with the dinosaurs. For whatever reason, when he saw me getting ready to take his picture, he let out a big roar.
I guess dinosauring just makes you feel your INNER ROAR. Let out any roars lately, readers?

Adorable! No roars from me lately...but maybe today :-) My kids on the other hand...I think they roar constantly!
I think I bring out my son's inner roar too. This is such a wonderful picture.
What a geat idea! I love it that you are taking photos and uploading them to the playschool's Facebook page!
Mayhap I've let out a roar or two...but I'm sure Cort's roar has me beat!
He is so cute! What fun you must have taking all of those photos. I know the parents must love it!
How fun! One of our young grandsons knows the names of all the different kinds of dinosaurs. It's really rather impressive since we sure don't know what they are. Love that you upload photos for the school. :)
Hahahah.... How cute!! He is becoming a little ham!
hehe, so cute!! i am too old to roar!! or to have anything to roar about!!
He seems to like the camera. :) My son loved dinosaurs in pre-school. Have a great day!
Everyone needs a moment to roar--great capture Lisa.
My last roar included some choice words after spending an hour looking for my car keys.
I think that was the perfect response to your photo taking!
Gosh he is getting big!
Hahaha! He is great at being a dinosaur! (Or a lion!)
Such a sweetie! I wish I could roar with such abandon!
I totally roared at my kids last week when they were dragging their feet and about to miss the bus...
How funny, he's adorable!
Such a nice thing for you to do for the other parents, Lisa. :)
very cute. i like that you do this for all the other parents, too. :)
So cute! My inner roar comes when I see something interesting out in nature, but I can't let it out.
He is beyond cute!!!! In the school Phil teaches, they will not let us take pictures of the children, for security reasons (?) BUT they let us bring them all kinds of FOOD, which could cause allergies in some! It seems totally reversed to me!!
Those unexpected pics are sometimes the best! What a cutie. He has some curls doesn't he?
Oh what a cutie! No roars around here lately, but I feel like a dinosaur anyway. HA HA
I was hooting at an owl yesterday trying to bring it in closer to me at dusk
Haha so cute! I bet that is fun taking photos of all the kids. I have to say I always "roar" when I get unexpectedly hurt. If I hit my toe on the wall or run into something, I have to let out a big scream to channel the energy!
Sometimes a boy just has to roar!
Cute.... I love that picture of Cort... I can just 'hear' that ROAR... Little boys love dinosaurs.
Hugs,
Betsy
This is so adorable! I really like this picture.

We all have to roar once in a while, Mom!...:)JP
Lisa
He's sure a cutie. I hadn't noticed how curly his hair has gotten.
My g'son roared a time or two this weekend while here.
As you say, boys will be boys!
I love his enthusiasm. So cute!
That sure is nice of you to get pictures of the class for the parents. I like seeing my grandsons preschool pictures. They take some each month or so.
What a cutie! I love pre schoolers! My daughter is in preschool, it's such a fun age!
And do you know what? I can roar too!
love
tweedles
That is too cute!
My daughter (who is now 14) used to roar all the time when she was little too! She loved dinosaurs :)
Hahaha! I love that spirit, Lisa! Letting out a Roar! I could just imagine. That's terrific!!! :)
That's so cute!
I did that last year for my daughter's class and it was a lot of fun!
If our weather doesn't improve soon I might just have to roar:)
Cute picture of Cort, and I think it's so cool that you do that for his class!
I can do roaring too!
Cute picture! That is very sweet of you.
I think it's awesome you visit the class regularly. Every time I drop Naveen off his teacher has so much to share about what they are doing and how he is during the days. She's really great and I am always running late so feel cheated out of that conversation. I need to make some time to do the same. Love the dinosaur roars!
OH How Fun!!! I'm a "story lady" in the Midwest - and we often Roar Like a Dinosaur . . . You captured this to perfection.
